Responsible for business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability, with expertise in strategic planning, supply chain management, and performance monitoring.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the companys vision, mission, and growth strategy.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in sales, procurement, and distribution.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams.
Oversee P&L management and drive commercial success.
Lead and mentor teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Build relationships with key suppliers, partners, and clients.
Ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
