Peaches & Cream is seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and profitable growth. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in hospitality management, a strong understanding of F&B operations, and a commitment to excellence. This role requires strategic thinking, effective team management, and the ability to maintain high standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and consistency across all service areas.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
• Lead and coordinate pre-opening or renovation activities as needed.

2. Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in collaboration with the finance team.
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
• Ensure timely submission of financial and operational reports to senior management.

3. Team Leadership and Development:

• Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement employee development plans.
• Address team challenges and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

4. Guest Experience:

• Champion guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and anticipating customer needs.
• Monitor guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

5. Marketing and Branding:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
• Ensure the brand's identity and standards are consistently upheld across all touchpoints.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and the community to enhance the brand's visibility.

6. Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, including staff schedules, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
• Provide regular updates to the Director of Operations on progress, challenges, and strategic plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in high-end restaurants or boutique establishments.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, customer service, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software and tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
