Job Description

We are hiring an experienced General Manager to lead operations at a prestigious governmental Amer Center in Dubai. This role requires a dedicated professional with expertise in managing teams, ensuring compliance with governmental standards, and optimizing service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Amer Center to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Manage and lead a team, ensuring high morale and adherence to organizational standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE government regulations and Amer Center policies.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and governmental bodies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the government services sector, preferably in an Amer Center or similar field.
• Strong understanding of UAE government regulations, services, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in analyzing data, generating reports, and making strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
