Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination and Communication

• Oversee all aspects of production, from design and sourcing to distribution .
• Ensure seamless communication between production staff, designers, suppliers, and customers.
• Align activities to ensure high-quality production and customer satisfaction.

2. Cost-Effective Processes

• Plan and manage resources efficiently to minimize costs and reduce waste .
• Optimize physical, human, and financial resources to enhance productivity.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvements that drive cost savings.

3. Quality Control and Compliance

• Maintain strict quality control standards to produce premium garments.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and sustainability standards .
• Implement sustainable practices across production to meet environmental regulations and maintain a socially responsible operation.

4. Business Development

• Identify new opportunities for market expansion in both B2B and B2C sectors.
• Develop strategies to attract new clients and build long-term partnerships .
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement growth strategies.

5. Leadership and Team Management

• Provide strong leadership to maintain a positive working environment for the production team.
• Oversee recruitment, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure staff goals align with the company's objectives and provide necessary resources for success.

6. Adaptability to Market Trends

• Stay up to date with emerging textile trends, production techniques , and new materials.
• Adjust production processes to meet evolving consumer demands and market expectations.

7. Planning, Scheduling, and Meeting Targets

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly production targets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop production schedules that align with customer deadlines .
• Maintain transparent communication with clients regarding delivery timelines and potential delays.

8. Accurate Record-Keeping and Coordination

• Maintain accurate production control records to monitor progress and identify bottlenecks.
• Liaise with designers, tailors, and suppliers to ensure smooth production flows.
• Collaborate with the master cutter and fabric suppliers to meet production timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in operations or production management, preferably in the fashion or textile industry.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams toward business goals.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to adapt to changing trends and solve production challenges efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent coordination skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
