• Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced General Manager for Our Travel & Tourism Company.

• Proven work experience in a Travel & Tourism Industry in UAE.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable with Galileo, Amadeus portal.
• Build strong relationships with airlines and other travel service providers. Gaining their trust and demonstrating our company's capability to effectively represent their interests is crucial.
• Ensure our company has a strong financial standing and a proven track record in the travel and tourism sector. Airlines typically look for GSA partners that are financially stable and capable of handling sales and marketing activities effectively.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns that showcase our company's expertise in corporate travel solutions.
• Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and drive growth.
• Manage and allocate resources, including budgeting and financial management.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Implement innovative solutions and technologies to enhance customer experience.
• Provide regular performance reports to Managing Director/CEO.
• Should be energetic and passionate to bring new corporate customers.
• Productivity & Efficiency.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Knowledge of market trends and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and other relevant software.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
