We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our exhibition stand fitting and execution division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the exhibition and events industry. As a key member of our senior management team, the General Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a team of professionals across various departments including project management, design, fabrication, and logistics.
• Setting strategic goals and objectives in alignment with the company's mission to deliver high-quality exhibition solutions.
• Developing and implementing business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Overseeing budgeting and financial management processes to ensure financial health and profitability.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, health and safety protocols, and company policies.
• Identifying new market opportunities and spearheading business development efforts to expand our client base and geographic reach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the exhibition stand fitting and events industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, project management, and general management best practices.
• Experience in budget management, financial analysis, and cost control.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
