Company Description434 rooms, two restaurant, the Nomad & our Monkey bar - and lots of enthusiastic guests and staff. Thats the mission for the new boss of the 25hours Hotel One Central, Dubai. At our Location hotel, youll be the public face of 25hours and represent the company. Keeping in close contact with staff, youll make sure that the hotel departments work harmoniously together. Were looking forward to welcoming you to our hotel management as General Manager (m/f/d). How does your working day look like

Youll manage both the hotels strategy and its operations - and in that way youll ensure good performance figures and excellent positioning
Youll play a part in hotel sales and marketing and manage the hotels commercial operations, from budgeting to managing 350 staff, and from forging contacts with gastro concept partners to representing the hotel in the local market
Youll assemble your own team, look after cooperation partners, coordinate operational activities and ensure that staff are motivated and guests contented
Youll constantly make sure that the hotel is living up to the brands mission of creating soulful spaces.
Youll select, train and lead your team members to at all times create great memories for our guests.

QualificationsYour personality counts more than your CV

You bring several years of experience in the upscale lifestyle hotel industry as General Manager or experience in the opening and positioning of a hotel of comparable size
You are fluent in verbal and written English\xcd\xbe Arabic is an advantage
You are a passionate host
Your ability to inspire colleagues and accompany them in their development; be a role-model and lead by example
You are not afraid to jump in the daily operation where necessary
Your courage to make decisions and openness when it was not the right one
You Love Dubai and want to be at home there
You're hungry to live the 25h brand on a daily basis and help to introduce it on this new market
