Keeping in close contact with staff, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make sure that the hotel departments work harmoniously together. • You\xe2\x80\x99ll manage both the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and its operations \xe2\x80\x93 and in that way you\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure good performance figures and excellent positioning
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll play a part in hotel sales and marketing and manage the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s commercial operations, from budgeting to managing 350 staff, and from forging contacts with gastro concept partners to representing the hotel in the local market
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll assemble your own team, look after cooperation partners, coordinate operational activities and ensure that staff are motivated and guests contented
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll constantly make sure that the hotel is living up to the brand\xe2\x80\x99s mission of creating soulful spaces.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll select, train and lead your team members to at all times create great memories for our guests.

QualificationsYour personality counts more than your CV \xe2\x80\xa6

• You bring several years of experience in the upscale lifestyle hotel industry as General Manager or experience in the opening and positioning of a hotel of comparable size
• You are fluent in verbal and written English\xcd\xbe Arabic is an advantage
• You are a passionate host
• Your ability to inspire colleagues and accompany them in their development; be a role-model and lead by example
• You are not afraid to jump in the daily operation where necessary
• Your courage to make decisions and openness when it was not the right one
• You Love Dubai and want to be at home there
• You\'re hungry to live the 25h brand on a daily basis and help to introduce it on this new market
