Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join their team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations and driving the success of our organization.Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote the company\'s licensing and packages, including devising rates, packages, and licensing processes to attract businesses to the UAE.
• Provide comprehensive advice and support to clients interested in setting up their businesses in the UAE, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to devise and execute effective marketing campaigns across various platforms, including radio, outdoor, social media, events, and advertising, to promote our services and increase brand visibility.
• Lead and manage the Sales, Renewals, and Concierge departments, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the organization.
• Develop revenue modules and strategies to maximize revenue generation for the organization, identifying opportunities to increase our client base and enhance profitability.
• Manage and nurture relationships with consultants to enhance sales efforts and build a strong consultant base.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of managerial experience in the Business Setup Industry (Mandate).
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
• Indian nationals are preferred for the role.
• Age Limit: up to 38 years.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the UAE market or within a similar industry.
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities, with a track record of driving business growth.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the UAE business landscape and experience in business setup advisory services is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
