: General Manager - Pluspoint Cleaning Services, Dubai Company Overview:
PlusPoint Cleaning Services is a leading provider of comprehensive cleaning solutions in Dubai, UAE. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we deliver top-notch cleaning services to residential and commercial clients alike. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence. Position: General Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency in alignment with the company\'s goals and objectives.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and empower a team of department heads and staff to achieve high performance and service excellence.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to optimize resource allocation and ensure financial sustainability.
Operational Oversight: Provide guidance and direction to department heads in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly and proactively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Business Development: Identify market opportunities, cultivate new business relationships, and negotiate contracts to expand the company\'s client base and revenue streams.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and report progress to the Managing Director.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold corporate governance standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven track record of successful leadership and management experience in the cleaning services industry or related field.
Previous experience in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager or similar position.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master\'s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Reporting Line:
The General Manager will report directly to the Managing Director of PlusPoint Cleaning Services. Immediate Availability:
