Major Duties Manages financial analysis, budgeting, and business planning activities. Monitors performance of staff to ensure goals and targets are met. Takes corrective actions as necessary. Oversees the daily operations of the Exchange. Interacts with retail, food, services, human resources, loss prevention, to ensure execution of programs. Intervenes with military command elements which include command meetings (town hall, weekly, staff meetings), real property, master planning and protocol. Develops, trains, coaches and mentors managers and associates for future development. Performs other duties as assigned.
