General Manager Construction
Job Description
This is a full-time role for a General Manager at one of our prestigious clients, based in the United Arab Emirates. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading strategic initiatives, managing company overall operations, contracts management, client relationships, and ensuring the overall successful execution of company operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-making skills.
- Experience in General Management, Project Management, Contract Management.
- Knowledge of Compliance, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Strong Analytical and Financial acumen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED45,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
