Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to join our team. The General Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our business setup services to potential clients and guiding them through the process of establishing their businesses.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with overall business objectives and provide visionary leadership to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to improve productivity and profitability.
Business Development and Sales: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's client base. Lead sales efforts by participating in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Financial Management: Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial stability and growth. Monitor financial performance and analyze variances to forecast future trends.
Human Resource Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and professional development. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Customer Service and Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly. Implement customer feedback mechanisms and use insights to improve service delivery.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintain appropriate insurance coverage and handle any legal matters effectively.
Communication and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the company's performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments, adapting strategies accordingly.
Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, seeking feedback and implementing best practices. Foster innovation and creativity within the organization, encouraging employees to propose and implement new ideas.
Crisis Management: Develop and implement contingency plans to address unexpected challenges or crises. Lead the company's response to crises, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and reputation.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in business services or consultancy.
