As we are expanding, we are currently in need of a General Manager to join our team. This role is integral to driving our growth and ensuring the seamless execution of our creative services. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for creativity to help propel our company to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving acumen.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
• Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation strategies.
• Analyze financial statements and ensure profitability.
• Ensure the business achieves its goals, operates efficiently, and meets client and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors/suppliers.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Able to meet clients to discuss their needs and be able to explain to them our products and services, etc.
• Reports directly to CEO.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• With 5 to 7 proven years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related softwares.
• Must be adaptable and can handle pressure.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
• Proficiency in English is essential, while the ability to speak and converse in Arabic is a strong advantage.

Work Environment:

• May involve travel, extended hours, or high-pressure situations due to client deadlines.
