About Us:

Al Karama Motors Group is a UAE based Automobile Export Company dedicated to serving a diverse range of clients since 2002. We specialize in providing a wide range of new vehicles for both local & international (export) markets with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a highly experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Manager position within a car dealership or car showroom in the UAE.

Job Title: General Manager (Automotive)

Responsibilities:

? Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Company's employees.

? Oversee all aspects of the Company's operations, including sales, procurement, logistics (shipping) and finance.

? Develop & implement comprehensive business plans to achieve sales & profitability targets.

? Supervise & follow up with the Marketing Manager on marketing strategies that promote the Company.

? ??Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuity as permanent customers of Al Karama Motors.

? ??Manage & develop employees, including recruitment, training & performance program management.

? Monitor global market trends (particularly those we supply to) to identify opportunities for growth & development.

? Maintain a high level of integrity and professional competence in all business dealings of Al Karama Motors.

? Implement best practices & procedures to ensure smooth daily operations through resource management, staffing and process improvement.

? Develop & maintain positive relationships with customers & suppliers.

? Lead & manage a team of Departments Head of the company to achieve sales & performance targets.

? Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports

? Supervise and follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the Company employees with Departments Head.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (Essential)

? At least 15 years' experience in the field of (sales/supply) of cars in global markets (Essential)

? At least 5 years' experience as a General Manager in a dealership, car showroom in the UAE (Essential)

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

? In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends as a whole, in addition to a strong understanding of sales, supply, shipping, customs clearance, asset management, banking transactions and money transfers.

? Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of employees at all levels of the group.

? Skills Analytical and problem solving, with the ability to identify and address operational and financial issues in a timely and effective manner.

? Proficiency in English (Essential)

? Proficiency in Arabic, French, Russian, Urdu (Additional)
