Information Management: Manage information flow in and out of the General Manager\'s office, ensuring that important messages and requests are prioritized and addressed promptly. Project Management: Assist in managing special projects or initiatives as assigned by the General Manager. This could involve coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather data on various topics as requested by the General Manager. This may involve analysing industry trends, competitor information, market research, or other relevant data to support decision-making. Budgeting and Finance: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes. This could include tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and monitoring budgetary compliance. Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed within the organization and assist in implementing new policies or initiatives as directed by the General Manager. Problem-Solving: Act as a problem-solver and troubleshooter, addressing issues and concerns as they arise within the organization. This could involve resolving conflicts, mediating disputes, or escalating issues to the General Manager as needed.
