Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our property management division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient property management, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and optimizing operational performance. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and problem-solving skills to handle tenant payments, requests, and other property-related needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day property management operations, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies. Verify and monitor tenant payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and implement effective rent collection strategies. Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly to ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction. Manage property maintenance and repairs by coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates and minimize vacancies. Ensure compliance with local property laws, lease agreements, and regulatory requirements. Prepare financial reports, analyze budgets, and manage property-related expenses efficiently. Lead and supervise property management staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct periodic property inspections to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of buildings and facilities. Implement and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and tenant experience.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Real Estate Management, or Civil Engineering Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations. Language skills: English, Arabic (both fluent) Experience:2-5 years' experience Any other specific skills: Accounting background or Civil Engineering background ?UAE Driving license
