Key responsibilities: 1- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the organization\'s mission, vision, and goals. 2- Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate staff toward achieving organizational objectives. 3- Establish policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operation of the healthcare facility. 4- Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, including administrative functions, clinical services, and support services. 5- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement 6- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets 7- Monitor financial performance and variances, and implement corrective actions as needed 8- Optimize revenue cycle management processes to maximize reimbursement and minimize revenue leakage 9- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards governing healthcare operations 10- Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve patient care outcomes and satisfaction. 11- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the organization 12- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, families, regulatory agencies, and community partners 13- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances to expand service offerings and market reach 14- Evaluate and implement innovative technologies and best practices to enhance patient care delivery, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes Required qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree Must.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
