General Maintenance
Job Description
Routine Maintenance:Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to WASH MACHINE - FRIDGE - A/C , plumbing repairs, and electrical maintenance.
Address minor repairs promptly to prevent further damage.
Repairs and Troubleshooting:Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or property management.
Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), appliances, and structural components.
Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs if necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Experience:
• UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
