We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Secretary to support our maintenance department. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, a background in procurement, costing, and budgeting, and preferably experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform administrative and clerical tasks for the maintenance department Assist in procurement and maintain supplier records Prepare reports, budgets, and cost estimates Maintain and update records, files, and purchase requests Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements:

Proficient in Excel (mandatory) Preferably with basic knowledge of AutoCAD/CorelDRAW Experience in procurement is an advantage Preferably from the construction industry Background in costing and budgeting Candidates on visit visa are preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
