Key Responsibilities

General Ledger Management

Responsible for the accurate recording and management of all general ledger accounts to ensure clear and accurate records.

Process accounting entries in compliance with accounting standards and company policies, and complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings in a timely manner.

Maintain the chart of accounts and account structure, ensuring consistency across ledgers.

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Ensure the accuracy of financial reports and provide timely financial analysis and recommendations to management and other departments.

Audit Support

Cooperate with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

Track and ensure timely resolution of audit findings and corrective actions.

Tax Compliance

Ensure tax compliance with local laws and regulations, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other tax matters.

Assist in tax filings and maintain good communication with tax authorities.

Financial Analysis & Budget Support

Provide support in budget preparation, analyze variances between actuals and budgets, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Support the Finance Manager/Director in financial analysis and planning tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturer finance or accounting, with prior experience in general ledger accounting preferred.

Familiar with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial analysis techniques.

Proficient in financial software and MS Office, with experience using ERP systems.

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills.
