Job Description

Responsible for performing various general labor tasks in the factory, warehouse, and on-site as needed. Assist with material handling, furniture assembly support, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist in loading and unloading furniture, materials, and equipment. Support carpenters, machine operators, and other workers with general tasks. Help with furniture assembly, sanding, and basic finishing work. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory and work areas. Move, lift, and arrange raw materials and finished products as required. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures while handling tools and equipment. Assist in packaging and wrapping furniture for delivery. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning tools and disposing of waste properly. Work collaboratively with the team to meet production and delivery schedules. Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

:

Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or construction site is preferred. Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items. Willingness to learn and perform different tasks as required. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. Basic knowledge of handling tools and materials safely is an advantage.
