Key Responsibilities:

Participate in onboarding, compliance, and IT systems training. Work within a specific department for hands-on experience. Attend monthly check-ins and development conversations. Engage in knowledge management, business finance, and marketing modules. Shadow legal professionals and contribute to real cases. Complete offboarding and program review.
