• Develop and implement efficient operational processes that comply with UAE regulatory standards and company policies.
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Stay updated on UAE insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ensure that the firm's operations in the UAE adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with regulatory bodies to address any compliance-related matters.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Supervise and lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Implement best practices and technological solutions to streamline operations.
• Work with IT teams to implement and optimize technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Must have MOFA attested document
• Minimum 6 years UAE Experience in operations management within the insurance industry UAE.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE insurance industry regulations and compliance.
• Effective communication skills with an understanding of local business etiquette.
• Proficient in using relevant software and technology solutions, considering local technology landscapes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10.00 - AED20.00 per month
