A General Helper is responsible for assisting with various tasks and duties in a range of settings, such as construction sites, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, offices, and more. They provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and may be assigned a variety of tasks as needed. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assist skilled workers, supervisors, or colleagues as needed with tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment. \xc2\xb7 Follow instructions and work collaboratively to complete projects efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and basic repairs to keep work areas tidy and safe. \xc2\xb7 Load and unload materials, supplies, or products from vehicles, shelves, or storage areas. \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper storage and organization of materials and tools. \xc2\xb7 Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor. \xc2\xb7 Assist in receiving and stocking inventory items as required. \xc2\xb7 Assist in assembling products, packaging goods, and labeling items for Delivery \xc2\xb7 follow assembly instructions and quality control guidelines. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent (not always required, depending on the job). \xc2\xb7 Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to work in various conditions, including outdoor and indoor environments. \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. \xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge of safety practices and the proper use of tools and equipment. \xc2\xb7 Effective communication and teamwork skills. \xc2\xb7 Adaptability and a positive attitude.
