Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

General Foreman

to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

residential and commercial construction

, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site. Ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings, schedules, and safety regulations. Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project standards. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor progress and report updates to the Project Manager. Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Solve any on-site challenges and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience

as a General Foreman in

construction projects (residential & commercial).

Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Knowledge of

construction materials, methods, and safety procedures

. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. UAE

driving license

is a plus.
