Position: Operations Manager/Warehouse Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager/Warehouse Foreman to oversee our dynamic and skilled team.

As the Operations Manager/Warehouse Foreman, you will be responsible for the overall management of our warehouses and manufacturing operations. You will ensure the smooth running of our production processes, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and lead a team of skilled professionals in woodworking, electricals, painting, and other workshop activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse for workflow and productivity.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of the production team, including joiners, electricians, painters, and other workshop staff.
• Manage inventory and purchasing of materials.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols.
• Monitor production schedules
• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Conduct regular quality checks to meet the company's high standards.
• Provide training/support to team members
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good condition.
• Resolve any operational issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Speaks English
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Warehouse Foreman, or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in woodworking/joinery/carpentry, electrical work, and painting.
• Proficient with workshop tools and machinery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferences (not requirement):

• Fluent in one or more of the following: Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam
• Certifications or formal training in woodworking/electricals/related fields.
• Experience in the signage industry.
