Job Summary:1. Minimum 15 years of supervisory experience for Welding General Foremen candidates and minimum 10 years for Welding Foremen candidates, specifically in the oil & gas fabrication yard. 2. Should have experience in fabricating Deck, Topside, Jacket, Piping, and pipeline. 3. Preference for candidates with ARAMCO, ADNOC, SABIC, Blue Water, ONGC, or other reputed client similar projects work experience. 4. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a technical certification in welding. 5. Possession of a valid IWT, IWS, AWS, or CSWIP Certificate is preferred. 6. Must have basic knowledge of NDE/NDT techniques. 7. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment is necessary. 8. Basic knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous materials is required. 9. Understanding of stress relieving processes is important. 10. Familiarity with International Welding, Offshore Fabrication, and Shipbuilding Standards (AWS D1.1, ASME VIII, ASME IX, EEMUA 158) is required. 11. Comprehensive knowledge of welding consumables designation systems, estimation, ordering, consumption follow up, handling, utilization, and control. 12. Understanding of preheating and inter-pass control monitoring including various heat treatment processes. 13.
