General Foreman (Infrastructure Construction) - URGENT VACANCY!

AED 6,000 - 8,000

Work Schedule:

6 days/week, 9 hours/day

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of multiple site teams, including foremen and subcontractors. Manage civil construction for sewerage and rainwater systems, including excavation, pipe laying, backfilling, and manhole installations. Ensure work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for smooth site operations. Review and prepare daily reports to track site activities. Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project delivery. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, including Dubai Municipality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Dubai's infrastructure projects, specifically sewerage and rainwater systems. Proven leadership experience managing large teams (100+ workers). Strong knowledge of excavation, manhole installation, and network infrastructure development. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus. Valid UAE driver's license preferred.
