We are a reputable Interior Design and Furniture company based in the UAE, specializing in creating exquisite living spaces that reflect our clients' style and personality. With a commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional design, we are seeking a skilled Foreman to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee our interior design and furniture projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the construction and installation process, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and installation teams.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Manage project timelines and workflow to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and identify any issues or deviations from the plan.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide guidance and support to workers, addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise during the project.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including materials used, work hours, and expenses.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and clients to provide updates and address any concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the interior design or furniture industry.
• UAE driver's license is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
