We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

General Foreman

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring the completion of projects in compliance with quality, safety, and time standards. You will manage a team of workers, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and ensure the smooth execution of construction operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise construction teams, ensuring work is completed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Oversee daily site operations, including monitoring the progress of work, manpower, and material usage. Ensure that all construction activities align with the project schedule, specifications, and quality requirements. Maintain a high standard of health and safety on-site, enforcing safety regulations and minimizing risks. Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved. Allocate resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure on-time completion of tasks. Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid project delays. Prepare regular site reports and updates for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and safety concerns. Ensure that all workers are adhering to the project's safety protocols and quality standards. Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Total Experience:

Minimum 15 years in construction, with at least 5 years of experience as a General Foreman in a reputable construction company. Strong background in construction processes, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Proven ability to manage large teams effectively and ensure smooth site operations. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, material handling, and safety procedures. Familiarity with UAE building codes, standards, and regulations. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and technical drawings. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
