Maintain and disperse cash from house fund safe and petty cash fund, account for all disbursements from funds, and perform daily house bank count.Functional Accountabilities

- To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Paramount Hotels and Resorts Guidelines.
- To collect, with an assigned witness, all Front office / Other outlets Cashiers\' remittance envelopes from the drop-safe and to verify them against the Clerks-Cashiers\' daily witness sheet.
- To count, together with the witness, cash, cheques and other vouchers and verify them to the Clerks-Cashiers\' computerized remittance report details
- To prepare bank deposits of all cheques and cash, and to ensure that all such collections are deposited in its entirety into the relevant assigned bank account.
- Receive and record in the general cashier\'s daily report and include in the daily deposit all cash and checks received from the Accounts Receivable section as well as by mail / courier.
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- Ability to analyze large volume of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections
- Strong problem solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate
- A good understanding of financial operating systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required
