Job Description

The Role:

Advising on a broad range of general banking & finance matters, including corporate lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, restructuring and syndicated loans. Working closely with an established yet growing team, gaining exposure to major regional and international deals. Engaging directly with high-profile clients, including financial institutions, corporates, and private equity sponsors. Collaborating with other practice areas on multi-jurisdictional matters. The Ideal Candidate:

2-4 years' PQE from a leading international or top-tier regional law firm. Common Law qualified (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, etc.). Experience in general banking & finance, ideally with some exposure to acquisition finance, real estate finance, general lending. Strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Interest in relocating to Dubai and growing with a developing team. Why Join?
