Job Purpose
- To ensure warehouse operating tasks in line with procedures & Manage logistics and warehouse services
- Ensure proper recording of information (SharePoint) related to logistics and to make it available as required.
- The successful candidate will manage the warehousing team to ensure efficient operations aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s supply chain and warehousing KPIs. review SOPs, and enforce quality and safety standards.
- Oversee the process of receiving, dispatching and storage of materials while managing information from point of origin to delivery and resolve any issues that may hamper the efficient workflow, Coordinate goods receipt, order assembly, and dispatch.
- Track shipments to ensure they arrive on time and ensure complete documentation and authorization of all shipments to maintain accurate records.
- Compiles reports, orders, and associated documentation and enters them into the business ERP system.
- Monitors manufacturing of all materials and highlights potential issues (quality, delays, etc.)
You are meant for this job if:- Secondary school /High school diploma (preferably with a secretarial experience)
