We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
General Administrator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
Handle data entry, record-keeping, and filing systems efficiently.
Assist in HR tasks such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating meetings.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Communicate with external vendors, clients, and stakeholders as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
