Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and have experience in providing comprehensive administrative support.

Administrative Support:



Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and other documentation. Assist in tracking key performance metrics for leasing and sales activity.

General Administrative Tasks:



Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist prospective tenants and clients with inquiries, provide information about available properties, and schedule property tours. Coordinate and schedule showings of properties, ensuring smooth communication with prospective tenants and agents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, applications, and contracts in the database. Assist with lease preparation, review documents, and ensure that lease agreements are signed and processed in a timely manner. Support the Sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns. Work closely with the property management team to ensure timely follow-up with prospective tenants. Process lease renewals and other related paperwork in collaboration with the property management team. Provide administrative support, including maintaining files, correspondence, and reports. Assist with marketing activities, such as updating listings on the company website and third-party platforms. Assist in tracking key performance metrics for leasing and sales activity.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous experience in leasing, real estate sales, or property management preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of real estate market trends and leasing procedures is a plus. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Can join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
