These are primarily intended to guide the employee to the wide range and utmost level of work performance. • Encoding data at ERP system for all the transactions provided by the team.
• Strictly maintains confidentiality. Not to divulge any information and private messages as well as securing all confidential documents.
• Assists the Department in all clerical works such as making memos, filing incoming and outgoing letters, secures pertinent document and be able to integrate this in administrative works.
• Performs in-person and telephone interaction with the different departments regarding work related procedures. Execute outbound interaction with callers or customers in relation to day-to-day work transactions.
• Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, scanning and filing.
• Maintains office efficiency, plan, and implement office systems.
• Ensures that company rules and regulations were properly implemented and carried-out.
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
TIMELY JOB FUNCTIONS & ERRANDS
The employee is expected to carry out other reasonable job functions and additional responsibilities which may be required from time to time so as to meet each individual objective and perform job role with utmost professional conduct.
• Assists in creating, controlling, and monitoring all administrative requirements of the departments.
• Dealing with incoming email, and post, often corresponding. On behalf of the superior.
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, and paper works.
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
• Be able to adjust and comprehend with additional tasks given by superiors other than the required work responsibilities.
• Takes full responsibility on company guidelines relative to proper grooming and all other related internal policies of the company.
• Ensures that proper notification shall be given to immediate supervisors before the absent date.
• Ensures to cooperate in the event that overtime duty is required. Shall work on Sundays/ Holidays if required.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Graduate or diploma holder of any discipline.
• Computer awareness and exposure of administrative and clerical duties
• At least 2 years relevant experience
