Responsibilities:
• Daily bookkeeping.
• Daily Sales Audit, matching Sales reports against received payments.
• Maintain AR and follow up for due receivables.
• Maintain AP and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Input data transactions and journal entries in QuickBooks.
• Weekly and Monthly Timekeeping and Payroll.
• Monitor stocks and inventory and reorder when necessary.
• Implement controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinates with suppliers for any faulty machines.
• Petty Cash handling.
• Assist in analyzing FS and preparing Balance Sheets.
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT filing.
• Monitor, update, and reconcile account balance and bank statements.
• Prepare and submit all bank transactions - online and in the branch.
• Record and monitor employee deductions and leave summary.
• Calculate monthly sales commission for all eligible employees.

• Proven work experience as a general Accountant.
• Proven experience in JAVZA and DAFZA.
• Positive, service-oriented, outgoing personality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to freely communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent organizational skills and MS Office.
• Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to manage stress, be proactive and resourceful when issues arise.

• Computer literacy, ability to type fast (at least 50 words per min) and hands-on experience with office equipment.
