Job Description

- Prepare, Consolidate /Analysis, Improve, P&L Accounts, B/S, Budgets, Cash Flows.

- Business Planning, Project Feasibilities, Cash Management, Yearly Audits.

- Project Financing / Banking, Coordinate with Banks for LG, LC, Forex& disputes.

- Supervise Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and General Ledger.

- Present Quarterly Financials / Board Meetings and Internal Control.

- Preparation and Filling VAT (Taxation) Returns, Accounting and Policies.

- Control Cost, Inventories, Cash and Purchase Management.

- Stock Adjustment / Reconciliation.

- Creation of Job Orders, Prepare Purchase Orders.

- Update Bank, PDC Statement and Bank Reconciliation.

- Update Cash / Petty Cash Entries.

- Suppliers Invoices Entries- Jobs & General.

- Suppliers Payments, Entries & Reconciliation-Jobs & General.

- Update and follow up Preapproval Request for All Payments.

- Responsible for Payroll, Leave Tickets, Leave Salaries Payments.

- Update PO / Revenue list from Spencer Interiors, Sales Invoices to Spencer Interiors.

- Update Prepayments Schedule every month, follow up Invoices / Payments.

- VAT Filling & Payment.

- Inter Company Reconciliation, Provisions & Accruals, Fixed Assets Schedule.

- Stock Issues / Consumption entries.

- Responsible for Stock Take, Monthly and Yearly Financials Audits.

- All other responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in construction/fitout industry is a must.
