Job Description
We are actively seeking an Arabic-speaking Accounts Payable Accountant to join our dedicated team in Dubai. This exciting role involves comprehensive financial responsibilities and will be deployed to a multinational luxury retail group client. - Process supplier invoices in compliance with KSA VAT regulations and our client\'s standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently.
- Participate in both month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts.
- Oversee the weekly payment cycle, including approval of supplier invoices.
- Conduct audits on business expense claims to guarantee adherence to our strict policies.
- Drive improvements in our accounts payable processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Accounting certifications are a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the luxury goods or retail sectors.
- Strong command of SAP and in-depth knowledge of IFRS and KSA VAT regulations.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with exceptional communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
