: We are looking for an experienced Admin and Finance Specialist who will be responsible for carrying out Financial cum HR/Admin duties. This role will communicate and coordinate internally with Accounting Department, Operations, Procurement & Logistics department, as well as externally with third parties. Job Profile:
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Manage and enter all accounting transactions.
Prepare and post Sales and Purchase invoices.
Ensure timely bank payment and handle petty cash account.
Project-wise allocation of cost and revenue.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger Reconciliations.
VAT Return Filing / Corporate Tax Filing.
Preparing Financial statements and Financial Reporting.
Analyzing financial data and providing insights to improve financial performance.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Coordinate with Auditor and close the statutory audit.
To prepare, check and verify payroll worksheet and timely submission and release of salary including Over time, incentive, other reimbursements, and deductions from the ledger.
Preparation of WPS report and submission for salary release with payroll reconciliation.
Requirements
Male Candidate having Bachelors degree in accounting, and Finance
UAE Driving License(preferable)
2+ years of experience as an accountant within UAE.
Good knowledge of Tally Prime and ERP 9.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Well versed with the UAE VAT / Corporate Tax / Labor Laws
Exceptional knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting & cost control principles
Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and PRO related work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
