They are currently seeking a highly skilled General Accountant with extensive Odoo experience to join their finance team.Job Title:General AccountantKey Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Odoo ERP Management: Utilize Odoo ERP for accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry and report generation.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and federal tax regulations, including VAT filing.
• Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits.
• General Ledger: Maintain and update the general ledger.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting department.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Odoo Expertise: Proven experience using Odoo ERP system is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
