Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of financial transactions.
- Maintain historical records by filing documents.
- Cash receipt, Payroll and Utilities
- Prepare LPO and payment to Suppliers and Sub-contractors
- Month and end-year closure process
- Bank and Outstanding accounts statement reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Processing employee expenses
- Compute Taxes and prepare tax returns
