General Accountant
Job Description
We are looking for a General Accountant for our construction chemicals trading company.
Key skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office applications. ( Excel is mandatory )
• Knowledge of building materials is an additional advantage.
• Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Preferably valid Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in Tally
Responsibilities:
• Prepare invoices, and delivery notes and organize documents.
• Prepare, inquiries, quotations, and Local Purchase Orders.
• Preparing detailed weekly reports of all the activities including purchases, sales, material deliveries, etc.
• Managing Logistics needs.
• Analysis and management of all the materials we are dealing with.
• Preparing all the technical documentation, systems, and procedures regularly.
Candidate Requirements:
• Preferably valid Bachelor's degree.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications & tally
• Excellent communication skills in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
