Job: Accountant

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our team in a real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the company and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements for management and stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Monitor and maintain the accuracy of accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. Manage payroll and employee benefits.
