We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards. Experience with

Zoho Books

is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage daily accounting transactions in Zoho Books.

- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.

- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately.

- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.

- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Ensure compliance with

UAE VAT regulations and handle VAT filings.

- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.

- Liaise with banks, suppliers, and clients regarding financial matters.

- Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

4+ years of accounting experience

, preferably in the UAE.

- Proficiency in

Zoho Books

is a must.

- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and regulations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.

- Strong communication skills in English.

- Familiarity with UAE corporate tax regulations.
