Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified or part-qualified accountant to perform and coordinate accounting & tax related duties.

Roles & Responsibilities: The ideal candidate should be able to perform following tasks independently.

• Maintain books of accounts independently
• Prepare budget & forecasts.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconcile receivables, payables & banks.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns (VAT)
• Support external financial Audit for our clients
• Comply with financial policies and standards.
• Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff in tax-related projects.
• Take ownership of the timely delivery of client mandates, including the execution and review of team members' work
• Prepare and present reports to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

ACCA or relevant full or part qualification

Minium of 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE

Proficient in ZOHO Books and other accounting software.

Strong financial analysis skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to work independently.
