GENERAL ACCOUNTANT REAL ESTATE

We are looking for an Accountant to manage and organize our company financial transactions. Also, we are preferring Real Estate Knowledge as advance

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years UAE experience in finance/accounting

Experience in Real Estate Industry is a plus

Less supervision, goal-oriented & team player

Excellent English communication skills

Should have Experience in

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payables.

Reconciliation of Accounts.

Finalization of Accounts

Job Responsibilities

Maintain journal entries and all ledger accounts and ensure reconciliation of all statements according to accounting standards.

Prepare monthly financial statements, income report, cash flow statements and records and provide support to auditors and management.

Bank reconciliation of all bank accounts & Balance sheet accounts.

Accounts payable and Receivable management.

Perform regular analysis on accounting issues and resolve it efficiently.

Monitor all reporting requests and prepare reports on a regular basis to ensure resolution.

Performs any other duties assigned by manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

ACCOUNTANT - Real Estate: 3 years (Required) speak arabic is advantage.
