About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Three years of accounting experience majorly in contracting company and will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong understanding of financial practices and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations (VAT and Corporate Tax), preparing and filing Tax returns as required.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for financial management and reporting.

Additional Skills and Experience:

• ERP Systems: Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., Quickbooks) is mandatory for financial management.
• Advanced Excel Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex financial models, pivot tables, and macros.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of UAE Regulations: In-depth understanding of UAE financial and tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is plus.
• Candidate must have an experience in Construction Industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Immediate Joiner will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
