Accountant - Real Estate

Nobel Casa is a modern real estate agency in business bay Dubai. We are doing good work and extracting new talents since 2021, and are looking for an accountant to support our growing team.

Key accountabilities are as follows:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Liaise with banking partners and manage company banking activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent grasp of English language - required
• UAE experience - required
• UAE real estate agency experience - essential
• Accountancy firm (ideally big 4) experience - preferred
• Finance / accounting degree - essential

The Benefits:

• Salary AED 2500 - 3,000 per month based on experience
• Visa will be provided after performance

• UAE real estate agency: 1 years (Required)
• Well experienced in FTA/TAX/AML/AUDITING
• Accountancy firm (ideally big 4): 2 years (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
