Preparation of Lease Agreements:
• Draft, review, and maintain lease agreements ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Preparing Invoices/Receipts:
• Generate and distribute monthly rent invoices and prepare receipts for tenant transactions.
Collection of Rent:
• Monitor and manage the timely collection of rent, sending reminders and following up on overdue payments.
Deposit of Collections:
• Ensure prompt and accurate deposit of rent payments and maintain records of all transactions.
Accounting for Tenants:
• Maintain accurate tenant accounts and assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Tenant Ledger Management:
• Regularly update and manage tenant ledgers, addressing discrepancies promptly.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
